Bwindi Impenetrable National Park - Approximately 20 mile s from Kisoro by road, Bwindi Impenetrable Forest is one of the most biologically diverse forests in Africa. It is an ancient rain forest estimated to be over 25,000 years old. The park is most famous for its gorillas, but also hosts a very diverse wildlife population including over 90 species of mammal and 300 bird species.
